PBCS Training Roadshow
Dedicated sessions have been scheduled to provide hands on training opportunities to learn how to perform planning and budgeting functions in the new Oracle Cloud PBCS system.
Please sign up for one of the training sessions on the PBCS Roadshow Calendar. Each session can accommodate up to 10 participants and will be held in the Education Building Computer Lab, Room 213. Once signed up you will receive a google calendar invite.
REMINDER: In order to receive the security roles and data access necessary to perform planning and budgeting functions in the PBCS module you MUST attend a formal training session.
“Go Live” Townhall
The session will feature Executive Sponsor Presentations, live module demonstrations of the new system, and a moderated panel with project leadership to answer questions submitted by campus.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Testing dates 11/11 – 11/21
If you were selected as part of the Advisory Group for system testing you should have received an invitation to sign up for UAT. Please note, these sessions are not for training, they are for system testing.
Town Hall and Demo Schedule
On September 3rd, staff members gathered for an Oracle Cloud Project Town Hall. The ERP Change Management Team used this information session to give employees a preview of the new system and explain the many learning and training opportunities available to employees.
